I am in love with this salad!

INGREDIENTS
7 ounces (200g) of salmon or chicken breast
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon mustard

Preparation Method
- Defrost the fish or chicken in the refrigerator.
- In a deep dish, mix the dressing ingredients.
- Marinate the fish or chicken for 20 minutes.
- While it’s marinating, heat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Remove the fish or chicken from the marinade and place it on a baking pan lined with baking paper. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
